CANCELATIONS & RETURNS
Can I cancel my order ?
I process orders daily, if you catch me before I've sent it off I will cancel your order no problem.
I would like to return my order.
Returns are at buyer's cost, and items must be returned in undamaged condition. If a product is returned damaged the product's refund won't be possible.
My order arrived damaged or something is missing !
If this is the case I am really sorry ! I'm a one-person business and mistakes can happen.
If an item arrived damaged please email me a photo along with your order number at email@example.com.
If an item is missing, contact me via the form with your order number, name and specifying the missing item.
Can I modify my order ?
Once your order has been placed it cannot be modified anymore. If you made a mistake contact me as soon as you placed your order and I might be able to change it.
If the order has already been processed, no modification or cancellation will be made.
Can I change my shipping address ?
If you made a mistake in your address or forgot to update it, please send me a message as soon as possible with your order number, name, current order address and new address to send the order to.
If your order has already been shipped I won't be able to change the address anymore.
When will my order ship ?
All orders are processed as fast as possible after the order is completed !
I process orders daily Monday-Saturday. If I plan on closing the shop for the occasional long weekend or holiday I will post it on my home page.
My tracking has stopped updating.
Delivery can sometimes be delayed or postal workers can forget to scan the package during its journey to you.
If your tracking hasn't been updated for more than 7 business days contact me via the form with your order number, and I will assist you further!
